3 hours of in-person review and conversation with GMC
GMC will review (as you select) physical spaces, policy documents, employee training materials, employee handbooks, procedures, websites, outreach materials, and other marketing media. Up to 250 pages of documents and tour up to three physical spaces (travel from Brattleboro, Vermont to your sites at negotiated rates) with regard to being inclusive and supportive of LGBTQ people.
A written report from GMC detailing recommended changes to existing documents and physical spaces as well as suggested pathways for moving forward with those changes.
A 'badge' for use on website, marketing materials, etc...stating organization has been audited by GMC and in what year.*
Advising includes everything detailed above in the “Organizational Audit” section.
Organizational Advising also includes:
an additional 3-hours of post-audit review and conversation with GMC
GMC will work with you to shift organizational culture as well as leadership and employee understanding of LGBTQ issues. We will determine together which path will lead to best outcomes including an additional workshop series with organization stakeholders.
GMC will review marketing/outreach materials (up to 2 one-page pieces every two weeks) for a period of six months (it is possible to renew this period)
GMC will advise on longer articles, policy documents, up to 100 additional pages monthly.
